The technical department of Boca S.r.l., with its qualified staff and software programs, is able to support the customer throughout the design of manufactured items.

The technology of Boca S.r.l. is also directed to a simplification of dialogues with customers.
We are in fact able to perform three-dimensional images, rendering details of processing, and paper drawings to support ideas, animated videos or prototype scale models.

Through programs which study elements (F.E.M.) we can calculate any deformations that finished products will suffer and act early in any review of the project.
The Boca S.r.l. technical department, using the latest Cad 3D programs, is able to receive and edit files of the following formats:
Igs, Sat, Stp, vda, Wrl,stl, dxf, dwg, and native file solid works, pro And catia, UniGraphics, solid edge, parasolid, rhino, each key, Cimatron E.

Relying on his strong experience in the rotational field, Boca S.r.l. is able to develop projects or support synergetically external customers in the design of manufactured items as well as in the product cost-effectiveness in the future phase of moulding.

Thanks to our collaboration with the leading companies of rotational moulding machines, we are able to measure and place the customer's moulds for their best results in the machine.
Boca S.r.l. can design and build moulds “at hoc”, according to the client’s machines, exploiting to the maximum dimensions and weights.
